Amanda Lambert-Ototo ACIPM, AMNIM

Amanda Lambert-Ototo is the Group Head, Human Resources at OCI Group, a diversified conglomerate with investments in Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Real Estate and Agriculture sectors.

She has worked in diverse management roles with extensive experience as Human Resource Generalist, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (Quality Management System) and ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System Auditor demonstrating over 20 years of cross-functional expertise across various organizational settings.

This combined experience makes her adept at aligning people, processes and performance systems to strategic goals, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

She holds an MBA from the University of Port Harcourt Business School in Human Resources and completed executive programmes in Lagos Business School. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) as well as Professional Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
